Verilere göre Türkiye genelinde konut satışları ekim ayında yıllık bazda yüzde 16.3 azalarak 119 bin 574 oldu. Konut satışlarında İstanbul 22 bin 270 konut satışı ve yüzde 18.6 ile en yüksek paya sahip oldu, Ankara ise 10 bin 624 konut satışı ve yüzde 8.9 pay ile ikinci sırada yer aldı. Ankara’da ekim ayında 2 bin 409 konutun ilk satışı gerçekleşirken, 8 bin 215 konut ise el değiştirdi.
